Hey hey, I’m Vivica Fishburne—better known as Coach Vivica B.

I’m an author, speaker, certified success coach, and travel advisor who helps women break free from survival mode, rebuild their lives from the inside out, and boldly walk in their divine calling. I’m also a proud mother of five and living proof that you can pivot, evolve, and prosper—no matter how heavy life has been.

My brand is built on one powerful truth: You don’t have to stay where life dropped you.

I’m the founder of the blog Pivot Plus Purpose and the author of Yes Girl, Hell No—a bold, faith-based call to stop settling, release what no longer serves you, and become the woman God always intended you to be.

My Journey

My journey has been anything but easy. I’ve lived through toxic relationships that stripped me of my worth. I’ve battled breast cancer and survived seasons of depression so dark I didn’t think I’d make it out. For years, I put everyone else first while silently suffering in the background.

But one day, I made a decision: I was done playing small. I chose to stop giving my power away and start giving it back to myself. That pivot changed my entire life.

How It Started vs. How It’s Going

I started my professional journey as a hairstylist, building a successful salon business and creating sacred space for women in my chair. But I always knew there was more. I wasn’t just helping women look beautiful—I was helping them feel seen, safe, and heard. That gift led me into coaching, speaking, writing, and creating content for women who are tired of just surviving.

Today, I help women heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and build aligned businesses and lifestyles through coaching, speaking, and digital content. And as a certified travel advisor, I specialize in curating retreats and purpose-filled travel experiences that restore, awaken, and realign women on a soul level.

Why I Blog

I started my blog, Pivot Plus Purpose, as a digital sanctuary for women like me—women who have been strong for everyone else but are now ready to choose themselves. My blog is where faith meets feminine energy, healing meets strategy, and purpose meets peace.

I write about personal development, healing, boundaries, spiritual growth, retreats, soft life, self-care, entrepreneurship, and living in full alignment with God’s will—not society’s expectations.

This blog isn’t just content—it’s a movement. A ministry. A message for women who are ready to finally put themselves first without guilt or apology.
